What’s the worst-case scenario I’m not seeing? This exercise directly trains deeper, more critical thinking.
If you do this for a week. You are likely to have this line of thinking pop up more often, & hold critical thinking as a process & behavior.
As for those who don’t give any effort. They’ll eventually be sheep that are easily pushed around. Or those people in their 90’s who just don’t have it anymore.
